What are the benefits to our organization?
Communicate-Motivate-stay top of mind with your supporters, bring
awareness to your needs, announce meetings and schedules in real time, improved name recognition,
instill new enthusiasm and pride in staff and supporters, generate new revenue and supplement other
revenue generating ideas. All at no cost to the Organization or supporters.
Is there any up-front cost to get started?
There is NO COST to you, and there is NO COST to your supporters
How much can our organization make?
Your revenue potential has no cap. It depends on the number of people
using the Toolbar.
Who will be in charge of the technology and support?
Our support team at Community BenefitBar will handle all technical and
support issues.
Who will be in charge of changing messages and content?
It's your Community BenefitBar so you will have total control over the
messages and content on the Toolbar through an easy on line editing tool. It is customized to meet
your needs; you are in total control of information and links within the Community BenefitBar. Or upon
your request our design team would be happy to make any changes for you,
How do we keep track of dollars raised and downloads?
BenefitBar supplies you with reports that will make it easy for you to
check the number of people downloading by the day - week - month - year, as well as revenue.
Will there be any spyware, adware, pop-ups or viruses or will this
replace my current toolbars?
No, never. and Community BenefitBar ALWAYS respects users privacy
How often do we receive the funds raised from searches
Per agreement (Monthly, after initial 45 day set up period that starts
the last day of the initial month of the active toolbar).
What equipment do I need?
You only need a PC or laptop with internet service to interact with the
system. The toolbar is compatible with Internet Explorer and Firefox. The technology is MAC compatible as long as the user has IE or Firefox.
How do we get the word out to our supporters to download the toolbar?
You can use your current communications channels to announce your new
Toolbar. Email, web site banner, newsletter, evite etc. (Community BenefitBar will provide samples and ideas for your use)
How does our Community BenefitBar help us increase our revenue?
There are two ways:
1) be top of mind when supporters have additional dollars to donate or
purchase products you may already be offering.
2) new-revenue you receive when your supporters initiate their regular
Internet searches from the search engine located conveniently on your new toolbar. When they click
on a sponsored link (because that information is something they may need) you earn revenue from that
click. You should consider generating revenue as one of several benefits that your Community
BenefitBar provides, not the main benefit.
What kind of training does Community BenefitBar provide to help our
organization realize all the benefits?
Community BenefitBar provides excellent training; written, video and most
importantly we are available to talk with you at anytime. Our trained and experienced team will
supply you with ideas and methods that other organizations are finding successful based on years of
experience.
